With District Artisans, we offer a personalized approach that begins with the first consultation. We’ll assess your goals, provide an initial cost estimate for design and build, and guide you through every step of the process. At the end of the design phase, we’ll refine that estimate and provide you with a fixed construction fee.
1. DESIGN
Cost: 5–15% of Construction Cost
Our architectural design services guide your project from concept to build-ready plans. The process includes Pre-Design research using a detailed questionnaire, Schematic Design, and Construction Documents required for permitting and construction. Design services can be booked on their own or as part of a complete design-build package.

2. PRICE + PERMIT
With our in-house contractor, you receive construction pricing immediately after the design phase. We prepare and submit all required documentation to the local jurisdiction for permit review and approval.

3. CONSTRUCTION
Cost: Starting at $50,000
Once permits are approved, construction begins. We manage the full building process—from site work and structural trades to finishes—ending with a final walkthrough and project handover.
