MICHAEL SCHMIEDER
Michael is a Virginia Class A licensed contractor with over 10 years of experience in residential construction. Originally from Austria, he moved to the U.S. and pursued a career in the building industry. Michael holds a background in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering from the Federal Higher Technical Institute in Austria, providing him with a strong technical foundation that complements his construction expertise.
KELLEY DAVIES
Kelley is a licensed architect and a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). She earned a Master of Architecture degree from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Quinnipiac University. After nearly a decade of experience with high-end residential architecture, Kelley developed a keen eye for creating spaces that are as functional as they are beautiful.
OUR STORY
Michael and Kelley's journey began in an unexpected place — an ice hockey arena in Austria, where they both played professionally. They moved to Alexandria, Virginia in 2015, where they now reside and run their design-build company.
